Cancellation Policy – Nomade Quad
At Nomade Quad, we understand that unforeseen events can occur. In order to provide you with fair service while ensuring the proper management of our activities, here is our cancellation policy:
➤ Cancellation by the customer
7 days or more before the activity date:
Refund of 90% of the total amount paid.Between 3 and 6 days before the activity:
Refund of 50% of the total amount paid.48 hours or less before the activity:
No refunds will be made.
➤ Cancellation by Nomade Quad
In the event that Nomade Quad is forced to cancel the activity for reasons beyond its control (extreme weather conditions, mechanical breakdown, prohibition of access to trails, etc.), a full refund of the amounts paid will be made.
